  • Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel your Leads Buddha account, please notify us at least 15 days before the end of your subscription term by emailing us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers, so please be certain about your decision.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each term. You can choose to upgrade or downgrade your services at any time, but no fees will be refunded in such cases.
  • Mid-Term Cancellation: We do not refund fees if you stop using our services before the end of your subscription term.
  • Right to Modify or Terminate: Leads Buddha reserves the right to modify or terminate our services for any reason without prior notice.
  • Fraud: We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity in connection with our services.

15-Day No Obligation Cancellation

Leads Buddha offers a 15-day no-obligation cancellation policy to new customers. This policy begins immediately upon account activation and allows new customers to cancel their account within 15 days and receive a full refund with a minor service charge.

After the 15-day period, customers will be automatically billed according to their selected payment plan, whether monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Billing: Leads Buddha charges and collects in advance for the use of our SaaS service. All services rendered are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle.

Cancellation: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time by emailing a notice to [email protected]. A confirmation email will be sent upon cancellation.

No Refunds: We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months, quarters, or years of service upon cancellation.

Taxes and Charges: All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and customers are responsible for such payments.

Upgrade or Downgrade: Customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan by contacting [email protected]. Billing will automatically adjust to the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle.

Right to Refuse/Cancel: Leads Buddha reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription. If we refuse a new or renewing subscription, prorated refunds will be offered with an additional cancellation charge.
